If your WorkMade Debit Card* information is compromised or you would simply like to lock it, here's how to do so:
Open the WorkMade app on your iPhone.
Navigate to the "Balance" tab.
Tap "Card Details".
Tap "Lock Card".
Follow the on-screen instructions.
Important Notes
Blocking Charges 🚫
Locking your card blocks all charges, including subscriptions.
Notifications 🌟
We'll notify you of any attempts to use your locked card.
Unlocking 🔓
You can unlock your card at any time.
Requesting a Replacement Card
If you would like to request a replacement virtual card number, please contact a WorkMade Expert via chat or by emailing [email protected]. Please provide your reason for requesting a new card.
