When you use your WorkMade card, you’re not just spending—you’re saving.

Every time you swipe, we:

  • Categorize the transaction in real time

  • Detect if it qualifies as a write-off based on your gigs and the data you provided

  • Update your tax estimate on the spot

  • Log the expense in your Activity Feed with helpful context

You don’t need to upload receipts or label transactions manually. Just use your card for business—and WorkMade does the rest.

What to use your card for:

  • Subscriptions and software (Zoom, Canva, Notion, etc.)

  • Business meals or travel

  • Gear and equipment

  • Internet and phone bills (if you work from home)

  • Freelance tools and services

Card features you can manage in-app:

  • Unlock your card: Just tap “Unlock Card”

  • Change your PIN: Tap “Change PIN” and enter your new 4-digit code

  • Add to Apple Wallet: Tap “Add to Apple Wallet” for contactless payments

  • Access your card: From the Card tab in the bottom nav or the Activity tab

The more you use your card, the more you write off—and the faster WorkMade pays for itself.
