If you notice suspicious activity on your WorkMade account or are unable to resolve a transaction dispute with a merchant, please follow these steps:
Open the WorkMade app and navigate to the Balance screen
Tap "Activity" or start scrolling down
Search for the transaction you'd like to dispute and tap on it
You will now see all transaction details
Tap "Dispute Transaction"
Please note - this is only possible for transactions you used your debit card for. We can't dispute a transaction that you created manually.
Choose the reason for the dispute
This will open a chat window
Double-check the information and make sure it's accurate
Tap "Send"
You will now chat with a WorkMade Expert to start an investigation
Note: You can’t dispute transactions after 60 days of occurrence.
Transaction dispute investigations can take up to 90 days. Contacting the merchant directly with your claim will always be the fastest way to resolve your dispute. Please be sure to do so before submitting a transaction dispute.
In some instances, we will require proof that you attempted to resolve your claim with the merchant first before we can initiate an investigation.
